newbie, need help setting up

I am new to this program and I'm trying to run an iso.

Here are my specs:
Macbook Air the late 2010 13 inch model
Mac OS X version 10.7.3
Processor 1.86 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Graphics NIVDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB

I downloaded pcsx2 and it seems to be running the application fine, I get the menu screen (with blue graphic and file, run, config, language, misc, help tabs). I am just not sure is I am missing something to run an iso. I have a file named DVDIMAGE.ISO I want to run and I am not sure how. I tried selecting it in under file then run iso image... Nothing seems to be happening when selected. I get "plugins opened successfully", "read error 0 in _isoreadblock", and "getelfname: system.cnf not found, invalid cd image or no disc present."

Any suggestions??

looks like you made a bad dump.
try re-dumping your ISO image from your original DVD

Also, with that computer's specs don't expect games to run at 100% speed all the time, if at all.

I think the processor would actually be the most hindering.

Also, the katamari games have been known to have major graphics problems with pcsx2 mac that unfortunately render the games unplayable. You can try it out if you want, though. You're only option may be to bootcamp your computer and get the pc version of pcsx2 installed, since it has far greater compatibility.

Good luck
