noob, need help, PCSX2 crashes when loading from disc

I'm running PCSX2 via Bootcamp on my Macbook Pro (I heard it works better than the Mac version) and I installed and downloaded everything in the 9.7 beta. However, when I press Run CDVD, PCSX2 crashes and exits. I tried messing with the loaders and nothing seems to help. Any other steps I could take to get it working?

Also, I did install a bios and it crashes too when I select NO ISO.
