It's a file located in the PCSX2 /logs folder named emulog.txt. Copy paste its contents here (after running the game and getting freeze)

Set that back to the default. Also use 0.9.8, 0.9.7 is no longer supported.

i can't find that configuration tab to select the only tabs i see

system cdvd config misc i can't see that panels that r shown in this vid to stop the vsync

That video is for a PS1 emulator called pSX...just do what I suggested in my previous post.
