not meaning to ask way to many questions or anything lol but before i start installing these are there a specific order i need to install them or does it not matter?

there are just libralies....they can install in any order
Main PC1:i5-4670,HD7770(Active!)

ok soo it still didnt work lol idk i didnt restart after i installed the libraries u gave me tho could that be why? i didnt restart cause im doing a big download lol

i know my pc can run this i mean i built it myself lol idk whats going wrong could it be the part were i didnt restart? or if its something else what other problem could be wrong? could java effect this? and the reason im not restarting yet is because im downloading the entire dot hack series and its 23.88GB and im over half way through it lol
