pcsx emu crashing!

i have pcsx2 version 0.9.6 and it runs smooth and ok untill i get to a part were its time for gameplay and it crashes the game is .hack infection it dosent make it past the first load screen the ISO is fine i used it in the pcsx beta what do i do???

ok so it basically just says the the emu's exe has stopped working it gives the standard option to most failing problems either close program or check online for sloutions well under neath the tabb that tells u info if u click it it says the following no idea if this will be of anny hope tho but here you go

if your 0.9.6 is working then 0.9.7 is not working

try installing the Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2008 and 2010

if you have a Win7 64-bit you need to install all four redistrutables of Visual C++
