I have an i3-2120 3.3GHz, Radeon HD7770 (same as OP), and 8GB DDR3 RAM. Can anyone tell me why I get 20fps on games like Ratchet Deadlocked? I'm preeeetty sure I beat the PCSX2 requirements, so what's wrong?
I've tried a few speedhacks to no avail. Sorry if this thread is considered dead and I'm bumping it.

Even a Core "i" series will need 4+GHz to get some games to run at decent speed or full speed.

If speedhacks doesn't improved your fps then most likely you're GPU limited. Some games required both a fast and heavily overclocked CPU and a beefy mid range to high-end GPU.

he shouldnt need to with my settings i run in DX 11 hw mode at 4x internal res. with minor speed hacks on to get 60fps. (first slider untouched one on the right up by 1 notch) and this is on 0.9.8 still. havent tried latest stable version yet but i get VERY minor slowdowns every so often that knocks me down to 50fps. (i pllay american releases i burned)

they shouldnt be having problems . i suggest they update their gfx card drivers pretty sure its the culprit
