i have an acer aspire 7750g laptop 2.3-2.9 ghz 4gb ram intel i5 radeon hd 6650m 1gb
and i get fps drops with hte pcsx 1.0 can anyone help me or siggest me something i tired to look it up on youtube but there are mostly old pcsx2 versions

- Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
- The version of PCSX2 you are using.
- Any non default settings you are using.
- What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

i tried 0.9.8 and 1.0.0 i get the same problem for both
Any non default settings you are using.
i use default settings
What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.
Persona3 fes / persona 4 ,mostly rpgs/atlus games
mostly i play normal around 60fps then it dops to 43-50

Either way the mobility graphics card isn't going to do much.

He has a discrete HD6650M, it will be fine. As long as the pcsx2.exe is set to use it in CCC.

He does not have an IGP, so PCSX2 always uses the 6650M.

It still need to be set to high performance in CCC.
