Not yet. It'll be done when it'll be done;P. Just download any new SVN build, it'll be pretty much same which will be in 1.0.0 except the version number and slight other changes.

There's no 64 bit version, pcsx2 works just fine on 64 bit Windows like most other 32 bit applications.

*technically* no it doesn't appear that 1.0.0 has been built and released by the staff, but you can access the SVN and download the 1.0.0 source and then build it. I'm currently doing a tag run through mgs2 on 1.0.0. It's flawless. :3
