pcsx2 1.6.0 crashing

hello i just downloaded pcsx2 when i came to play the games kept crashing multiple games i installed the portable version i also checked to have installed visual c++ 2015-2019 i have it now it crashes on multiple games the game starts sometimes it gets to the main menu before crashing.. anyone knows what might be the cause? Sad Sad Sad all my configs are on default since i just installed it

Tried using your original disc instead of iso ?
CPU : I7 2600K Oc'ed @ 4.2Ghz
Mobo : Intel P67 southbridge
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti
RAM : 6 Go

omg i lost that thing also it was severly scratched so i just backed them up in isos
