pcsx2 GS 90-100% Ati utilities shows 16% usage

Windows is designed to distribute single thread load across multiple CPU cores to prevent uneven wearing on the CPU... So all of your threads being used but only at 50% when using software mode probably means it's only using 1 thread for software.

I know. Sometimes a loop in my program infinitively iterates, causing a thread to use 100% of a CPU core, but Windows always runs it on all 4 cores, result in no core running at 100% but a total of 25% CPU usage. But still I cannot find any source (website, book, ect...) which describes that mechanism.

Oh I thought it was set to two already, apparently not. Software increases my frame rate above that of hardware rendering in zoe with two threads without the graphical glitches, so it's win win I guess.
