pcsx2 closes after opening

I have downloaded and installed all the required items from http://pcsx2-mac.quant0r.com/running-pcsx2mac/

after this i double click the pscx2 icon in the application folder it shows up the on the dock and then closes 1 sec later.

I have found suggestions to run the following command line in the x11 terminal:
cd /Applications/pcsx2.app/Contents/MacOS/
./pcsx2

and when i do that the same thing happens. any help here would be great

OS 10.6.3
20" IMac 2.4 Core 2 Duo/2gb ram

Sorry for late answer, but I will try to help you.
Did you try to run:
cd /Applications/pcsx2.app/Contents/MacOS/
sudo tcsh
./pcsx2
Try that :-)
