pcsx2 crashes at booting

It is best to use the distro package manager if at all possible. You need multiarch enabled. So you would need the lib32 mesa package (along with libgl and libegl). For ubuntu based use packagename:i386 wording.
OS: Linux Mint 17.2 64 bit (occasional Antergos/Arch user)
(I am no longer a Windows user)
CPU: Intel Pentium G3258
GPU: Nvidia GTX 650 Ti

i already had these in my fedora:
mesa-libglapi.i686 - Mesa shared glapi

mesa-libEGL.i686 - Mesa libEGL runtime libraries

mesa-libEGL-devel.i686 - Mesa libEGL development package

mesa-libGL.i686 - Mesa libGL runtime libraries and DRI drivers

mesa-libGL-devel.i686 - Mesa libGL development package

mesa-filesystem.i686 : Mesa driver filesystem

to be sure i didn't miss some drivers i installed 2 more mesa packages which contained drivers:

mesa-dri-drivers.i686 - Mesa-based DRI drivers
mesa-vdpau-drivers.x86_64 : Mesa-based DRI drivers

unfortunately it keeps not working, but with new errors in the terminal:

Gsdx is much better than zzogl. Gsdx seems to detect correctly your driver. However it uses the experimental egl stuff and subroutines were removed. Please upgrade to gsdx 1.0

You need to install the dri drivers.

I will try to find which driver I am missing.

Same as above. Your gsdx version is too old. And egl is experimental. So ask fedora maintainer (or the guy that build your binary) to upgrade to latest and disable the experimental egl option.
