There is no usb support.
You need to extract one file from your usb drive (cant remember which one)
Vsub should be able to help...

PS.I can't help because I have the big PS2 with internal hdd(in this case,the database is saved into the hdd and I can't get the database from there)...I actually can but I don't want to disconnect my hdd and + I don't have enough free space on my memory card.

Yes you can't
You can also rather that using codebreaker just convert your codes to raw and use them by the pnach system of pcsx2
