pcsx2 doesnt work !!??

i have install, pcsx2 on my computer and when i will start, it cames a error message. i can´t config it.
i have the BIOS and the plugins. whats wrong??

my computer:
intel centrino 2.5ghz
geforce 8700m gt
4gb ram
and windows 7 x64

Get the latest beta (1736) from the beta thread on this forum and try running it again. Make sure to right click and run as administrator.

I can't get the BIOS

you have to dump the BIOS from your own ps2.

i dont think we're really allowed to tell you how to get them illegaly.
but im new here so what do i know.
