pcsx2 don't read iso fils

well hi gays i got a problem with pcsx2 and i thing that i'm in the right place
i did all the steps of configuration i installed pcsx2 x11 and cg 3.0 i find some bios and i put it on the bios flowder i think i everything cuz when i run *baby* it works but it is the only iso working. i tried *Dragonball Z 3 (NTSC-J)* and *Allstar Fighters (PAL)* it dont i can see a black windows only
so irelly wish you help me thanks
