alright didnt know
also im getting super hard lag like the sound seems like its 8bit or pixelated or something, and im getting 14 fps starts of fine then goes to hell
also trying gran turismo 4
Edit: in my gsd config im not seeing anything on for hacks did i do something wrong in the ini?

What is the clockrate of your AMD quad core?

Gran Turismo 4 is a very heavy game to emulate AFAIK.
And the sound will suck if the FPS does.

how do i make sure alpha hack / offset is on?
Edit, it also does the same sound glitch when it does the main playstation screen thing right before it loads the game
maybe i configed it wrong?

also. checked im not even close to stressing my computer out
im barley using my GPU/ram
using half of my cpu at max

What are the ee and gs % when you get slowdowns ?

33ish for EE and maxed for GS for gt4
42 for EE and 77% for burnout
also have meters for everything

The Alpha or Offset hacks I was recommending for Burnout 3.
Now that we're talking about Gran Turismo 4, I can't recommend them.

It looks like at 17fps, EE is at 33% and GS is at 99%.

EDIT: Enable the [Recommended] Speedhacks, then experiment with one of the sliders (or both) until you get the correct performance. The gameplay may break before you get the speed you want, though. You could also try the Preset options on the bottom of the Emulation Settings.

the SVN stuff hacks/fixs or what
i went to the site downloaded it
and got dll errors.

and the offset hack thing i went into the ini, put allowhacks in etc etc
