pcsx2 low fps????

Hi i have configuration pentium g630 radeon hd 5450 1 gb ddr3 and 4 gb ram,i dont know what is low settings for emulator.when im played fps is 60 but when i use shield fps down 4-5.and i cant played gran turismo 4 fps is 18 or19 pls help me

I'm afraid you might be stuck then, unfortunately your graphics card is weak and your cpu is very weak, so you aren't going to get good speeds on 3d games. You might have better luck with 2d games like Makai Kingdom or Disgaea

play with skipdraw for the shield, some things just go nuts on low CPUs.

on a side-note. ref promoting my thread woot!

edit, add: GT4 WILL NOT work on that cpu, it will never be faster than that
