pcsx2 memory could not be read

My pcsx2 crashes while in the middle of game play, it use to give error memory could not be read!! now it just crashes while playing for 10 to 20 minutes sometimes longer. I have went as far as reinstalling my operating system and putting games on my ssd main drive instead of going through my backup drive
