pcsx2 not booting

Hi, I just heard about the pcsx2 and I got the 0.9.7 version. I looked at the guide of how to configure it and I did exactly what it said, as well as what other people said. I downloaded a game called Naruto Ultimate Ninja 3 and I made the file ISO and it still didnt work also.
Im using Windows 7, and I get an automatic ''pcsx2 has stopped working'' and I have no choice but to close it.
