I wonder why it did not get into the main build? I can play Tekken 5 2 player via LAN with this build. Did not have somebody online to try it through internet yet. Should be working too. 
That's a separate project, the author never approached pcsx2 team. I guess that's why it never been part of the main branch.

I see, I hope alexsharoff working together with the team. I see that he also had nullDC with the same online feature.
