pcsx2-qt.exe - System Error

Hi. I've been using the pcsx2 emulator, but recently I got this error message when trying to launch it. 
   
I'm a bit stupid and especially with computers, so I'm pretty sure I accidentally permanently deleted the shaderc_shared.dll, but I honestly don't even know what that is to begin with. Is there a quick solution to this? Do I just gotta reinstall the emulator?

That's what I was thinking. What I've been trying to figure out is how to avoid losing save data. Is there a way to keep the original memory cards?

Your save states and memcards are in sstates and memcard folders respectfully. You're unlikely to override them but make a backup just in case.
