probably cause you dont have a bios... (hard to see the screenshot...)

if its not what iakoboss7 says,it could be a bad iso problem too

then your bios is the problem maybe it got corrupted or something like that. try to dump them again from your ps2's

so assuming that you own two playstation 2,id say that maybe its something wrong with the settings,i recommend deleting the pcsx2 folder and start a clean install all over again

i have fixed it! before that another program had activated some sort of security in my win7. I have resored my sistem to the time before installing that program.
