Can you please post the emulog after the crash? It can be found in the logs-folder as emulog.txt. The logs folder is either in your program directory (portable) or under my documents\pcsx2\ (full installer).

Try setting priority of pcsx2 to high in taskmanager.
We're supposed to be working as a team, if we aren't helping and suggesting things to each other, we aren't working as a team.

after changing priority and playing around thought it was working for about 20 minutes then it crashed.
This is such a strange problem.

Run prime95 or any other stress test for an hour or two (or much less if it crashes sooner). I think it's very likely to be a system stability issue and unrelated to PCSX2.

Please change the plugin gsdx32-ssse3-r5875.dll against gsdx32-sse4-r5875.dll we have here a error GSdx: failed to compile external post processing shader this is determined by the SSSE3 plugin.

I would also suggest re-dowloading latest stable pcsx2 release and try again on defult settings (besides plugin settings).
Also do you run games from ISO or DVD?

I think you might be correct, there might be an overheating issue I think with the cpu.
I've never used Prime95 so I will post a quick screenie.
I hit benchmark and now my cpu hitting a whopping 98 average Celsius that to me seems extreme on the hot side.

I only ran it for not that long..

I'm afraid to push it further and fry it.
I'm guessing it's an overheating issue? I have no similar problems in any other applications though.

100C is insanely hot. That's way above what it should be. If you're overclocking on stock cooler DON'T! If you're at stock speeds then either your cooler isn't making contact with the cpu or something else is messed up.
