Your CPU supports up to SSE4.2, so you should be using GSdx SSE41 instead of SSE2. (You can change this in the Plugin Selector under the Config menu).

Are you using any Speedhacks btw?
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @ 3.60~4.20 GHz | Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2x16GB) DDR4-3200
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Super @ 6 GB | Samsung 980 1TB | Windows 10 Pro x64 (22H2)

i have sse41 not 4.2 btw i tried but still no luck either it crashes or it hangs on a black screen althought the emulator dosen't lock up btw yes i'm using the preimp at rank 4
ok i fixed the audio problem (the audio didn't work but i was going to ask help for it when the fps problem was resolved) and i realized that the game runs if it dosen't crash at the bios but i can't see anything even thought it loads the graphics (in fact i managed to get in the actual game and i saw that the framerate was dropping from 60 to 20-30)

You mean the Preset found at the bottom?

Turn that off. It's probably why you're getting issues running that game, because it also adjusts some other stuff in the Recompiler options.

Reset all of the Options there to default and see if the game runs at that point.
