what are FPS, EE% and GS% readings during slowdowns? How are they if you disable streaming?

I am running 30FPS, and the EE% are at around 50 to ^60% and the GS% is at 15%

Can you please screen shot all tabpages under emulation settings and attach them to your post?

Do you read directly from the DVD or do you use an iso?
