pcsx2 trashed [memory card]

Hiya I got pcsx2 for my mac and i played kingdom hearts 2 final mix and i almost beat the game and then i accedently deleted i guess, i don't remember but today when i clicked it there was a question mark on it so i panicked because my memory card was on that and i can't re download it but stupidly i did and all my files were gone!! Is there a way i can retrieve it from the emptied trash!?!??! Plese answer ASAP I finally just got the ultima weapon too!!

I pretty much tried every recovery application and on everyone i can't find it
