There are really cheap DVD drives and you can also install it from USB.

I'd install it from USB anyway. Way faster than DVD.
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @ 3.60~4.20 GHz | Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2x16GB) DDR4-3200
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Super @ 6 GB | Samsung 980 1TB | Windows 10 Pro x64 (22H2)

if you search for Windows 7 USB/DVD Tool on Google you will find the little app from Microsoft Store. It's free, also you can make a USB Stick instead of a dvd from an image, which is still faster.

I've had cases where the Windows 7 USB tool didn't actually work in doing what it was supposed to do.
So i suggest you use http://www.isotousb.com/ instead. It's very straightforward and works flawlessly. If you wish for more, there's a similar tool called Rufus which will also allow you to burn linux distros and the like: http://rufus.akeo.ie/

windows 7 usb tool works like it should, only downside is that formatting the usb stick has an issue sometimes, so using the HP USB tool to format or going into CMD and do it that way by remaking the partition on the USB fixes it.
