CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

tried setting gsdx internal res to native ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
