playing japanese games

First of all hello to you all.
Second, I have a CDDVD of SvC Chaos
for the Japanese PS 2 it plays but very slowly.
How do I get to play at normal speed?

Make an ISO of your game and use that ISO to play the game instead of the game disc. That could get you a significant speed boost.

With that setup he posted I doubt there will be something that will have "significant speed boost".
Make an iso of your game discs, stick to native resolution and play with speedhacks. The result will the best you can get out of your PC.
