Getting a massive load on the gpu for rendering complex graphics (i.e. the car) and I don't really know what setting to change to fix it. Also playing on a 1070 and [email protected] http://imgur.com/a/5mDqe

ogl (aka Open Gl) is a selectable renderer in gsdx configuration tab
Latest GIT is latest developer version (maybe less stable, but with more features and improvements)

oh thanks. sadly ive already done this much. is there any reason for me not to be able to run NFS on these specs?

Do you have a license key to activate Windows? You need the key to get all the latest Windows 10 updates which will help with solving your issue.
