Try enable speedhacks x3 cycle rate and other two, enable DaZ and FtZ for VU recs.
And what is this PCSX2 4.0.5 ? Download normal package of Pcsx2 from pcsx2.net in download section and new SVN here.

If not help, overclock your CPU .

Download pcsx2 playground for that option hack.

about overclocking. But it's a dangerous thing (may fry your cpu).

you could also check "native" in gsdx settings to gain a few fps
