if you get 40 on svrXX you should be happy, I don't even get 10. (of couse my specs are lower than yours, but yea...) anywhere over 30 is playable, so you shouldn't have any timing issues with 45

well, if you're somewhat tech-savy I can give you a few things to try, but don't expect perfect performance out of pcsx2. and don't expect anyone to help when you're runnign MUCH better than most of us on here.

if when using speedhacks and reducing quality as much you can't get full speed with your rig, I think it's kinda hopeless...
Moreover, overclocking your CPU won't bring you much more as it's already a very good one
