pnach request for trapt

umm this is my first time using pcsx 2. and i wanted to insert cheats for the game trapt. i already check numerous ways on how to enable cheat in game by using the pnach file but i did not know how. can anyone post the completed pnach cheaet for trapt or at least teach me how.
