did something change cause every game i try cannot find the pnatch?

For example, im trying to use pnatch for Arc Twilight, E7B6CFA2, have E7B6CFA2.pnatch. but when loading the game it fails to find the pnatch file.

nvm found it, had a setting to enable cheats deactivated.
