possible to implement exclusive fullscreen?

I noticed that even when my games are running full speed, it doesn't seem as smooth as it's suppose to. I believe implementing exclusive fullscreen would remedy this problem and also less input lag. Are there any plans to implement this feature?

You make a lot of feature requests.

Also, exclusive used to be in the emulator, but it caused problems and so it was removed. To get it in and working properly is a hell of a lot of work.
