powerfull pc for pcsx2

I'd liket to know if i need a powerful video card (gtx 970,980 ) or powerfull gpu ( 3.5, 4 gigas ) to run pcsx2 x6 native resolution ?

depends on the game.
many games will work perfectly @ 6x native with a GTX 970, though

i actually wanna know this too.... will a i5 6600k, and a GTX 970 run games like Black, and God of War 2 in software mode, locked @60 ?

Locked 60fps in software mode...I don't know about Black but about GOW2...nope.
I don't know if this is cased by some kind of bug but for example on the last save point(in that shaky room infront of the mirror)I get ~47fps(on the NTSC version...60fps for full speed)and on place with a lot of thing moving and I'm attacking,I'll probably also get lower than 60fps

In HW mode(native res)in that room I get 180fps and it seems the it requires more gpu power than cpu so that GTX 970 will probably give you even more speed.
Keep in mind that Skylake cpus have problems in software mode,so you have to use some older pcsx2 version or newer that is compiled by using VC 2013,not 2015(like a lot of revs since some 1.3.0 rev till the latest 1.5.0 dev build)

And just as extra info,in that room at 6x on my GTX750TI,I get 40fps(the gpu core is maxed out but the vram is fine

my computer is a ASUS i7 3630qm 2.4 gigas ( 3.4 turbo ) and gt 635m  god of war is low in x3 native ( 35/40 fps in turbo mode )
