No mobile i3 is clocked at 3.20Ghz. They're mostly in the low 2Ghz range, the fastest being 2.66Ghz.

Please define "bad quality". Post a screen shot if you can't put it in words.

Smackdown games are typically CPU heavy, and your CPU is slow.

and all those games are PS2 games ?
are you sure ?

or you are just trying to compare emulation and pc games (which is a complete nonsense)
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

Well, at least it's a Sandy i3, but it's still slow (2.1Ghz, that is).

Apply as many Speedhacks as you can (be careful; they usually do "break" emulation in certain games at some point). Keep the resolution low if needed, and hope for the best. You could also consider trying an SVN, but know that they may, or may not, improve this game (much like MTVU).

BTW - This is no joke, my friend. Emulation is much different than native-PC games.
