problem playing games need help

right now I'm playing kingdom hearts and final fantasy X and I had no problems until today, in kingdom hearts the screen froze after 5 minutes of play, and in final fantasy X the screen stay dark also after 5 minutes. I checked my PSCX2 program log and I found this message:

GIFTAG warning, size exceeded VU memory size 400
GIFTAG warning, size exceeded VU memory size 400

I'ts the first time I've seen it so it would be a great help if someone has a solution to this problem

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• If you are playing them from ISO or DVD.
