problem please help

hello i just started using pcsx2 and with the first game i play call of duty finest hour i get low fps on the game.And the game goes realy slow.why is this happening my pc components are:
Operating System = Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit
Physical RAM = 8093 MB
CPU name = AMD FX™-8150 Eight-Core Processor
Vendor/Model = AuthenticAMD (stepping 02)
CPU speed = 3.611 ghz (8 logical threads)
and gpu amd hd 7770
Also i do get a flashing blank screen sometimes.

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

hello im using pcsx2 version 1.0.0 (r5350),the only thing i changed was the renderer setting,i changed it to direct3d 11(hardware),and the games im trying to play are jak 3 and call of duty finest hour.Im playing them from ISO.
