problem with opening pcsx2

Hello everyony

i have a problem with opening the emulator after installation on windows 10

nothing happens at all when ever i double click on the icon

by googling i find some pages say reinstall or restart your pc

i tried reinstalling million times with different versions

also i tried compatibility mode with windows xp, 7 and 8

any solutions?
