oh, sorry. I wan't thinking about this.
revert all your settings to default, then.
delete all the inis to do so.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

Nope. There is no menu Sad. I deleted all inis in My documents, and in emulator folder. Oh stop. I fixed it.
