problems with qoo pro pad

hi everyone! I need some help with a gamepad I bought for using PCSX2. I bought this one http://www.mundigangas.com/12787/mando-qoo-pro-ps2.html
It says it is a plug and play gamepad but it isn't. I have tried to configurate the pad with Motioninjoy but it doesn't recognizes the pad. Can anyone help me?

If your computer doesn't recognise the pad, you need to contact the people you bought it from (or the people who made it) to find out why.

if windows recognises it, you should be able to just configure it with lilypad.
