Post snapshots of your graphics plugin settings.
I can run it fairly well at custom resolution of 1680x1050.
I noticed your graphics card has 512MB of RAM which limits you to resolutions below 1280x960 or even 1024x768 in some cases.
I run the game at 50+FPS all the time except when in 6-man matches that's where the FPS stoops down to 40-45.

Less RAM == lower resolution. That said, play the game in Native Reslution. Try changing the clamp mode to none and round mode to nearest in both EE/VU. Try Speedhacks. Smile

Being a 512mb graphics unit is not why that 410M is so weak. There are some pretty good GPUs out there with 512mb, and that amount of V-RAM doesn't automatically limit you to native res.

@ guru2141:
You should set the internal resolution to native. Know that you may still have the FPS drop thanks to your GPU, but it shouldn't drop as much this way.

Your processor is decent, but can still be slow (depending on the game).
Do try some Speedhacks, too.

I think Native will keep a good speed. Smile
