hello..
im using E2140 1,6ghz right now. and im planning to upgrade to E2200 2.2ghz is it good enough to run pcsx2 at a playable speed?

That's a pointless upgrade...
Get an E5200 at minimum (can be overclocked to over 3GHZ easy)
AMD Phenom II 940 @ 3.6GHZ, 4GB PC8500 @ 1100MHZ, 4870x2 @ Stock.

e5200 wont work on my acer f672cr. my only option is E2200 or E4600

Then don't upgrade and just use your PS2...
Overclock your current CPU.
