Nope. Mine works fine with just USB cable. Getting it to work with bluetooth is actually more difficult. By the sound of it, MotioninJoy didn't install properly. Try re-installing it. Also, not sure if MotioninJoy would work if you already have libusb installed. Iirc, libusb replaces the Windows USB stack...

Thank you all so much for your help I fixed it. I uninstalled libusb and a bunch of faulty sixaxis drivers then reinstalled motioninjoy. After that motioninjoy was in english, it was picking up the controller, and now windows is loading correctly.

Congrats. You might have to restart DS3 Tool whenever you plug your controller in, or PCSX2 won't recognize it (for me anyway).
