Anyway, try using speed hacks, like upping EE cyclerate and seeing if it helps. You can also try and use VU cycle steeling, But that has a high chance of breaking games

both cpu and video card its antique now
like i said get a new and real PC now.

can i play smoothly for pcsx2 0.9.8 ...??

for users that already online please answer this . coz i buy this cpu with very high price

Core i7 4,8 GHz <-- you mean you will overclock it at 4,8 Ghz? Because that won't be easy and you might not be able to pull it off. But if you can do that yes it will run everything at full speed.
