You can, but for the most part it will not use all of your cores. Only if you play in software mode can you use more than 3 cores, in software mode you will be limited to native resolution, so for the most part you will probably play in hardware mode for the nice graphics.

GPU: GTX 560Ti 2Gb
MOB: Asus P5QL
RAM: Crucial 4Gb
OS: Windows 7 64bit/XP 32bit
