quick question

hi guys i just wana ask what's the best config for sotc im using gsdx 0.1.8 cuz i've read somewhere it's better for sotc im getting something weird black thing in the bottom.the lastest revision.speed hacks x2 cycle rate everything checked and vu cycle stealing moderate.

my specs
q6600 2.4ghz
4gb ram
9600gt 512mb

I would appreciate any help.
And by the way i wana thank the pcsx2 for doing a gr8 job.

The trick is to enter the game options and set the output to progressive scan.
