ratchet and Clank GOing commando Wrench cant be used

Okay so my system is running this game pretty smoothly there are some glitchy textures on boxes here and there but its playable other than one thing My wrench wont show up its bizarre wondering if anyone else has had this problem come up ?

its okay it was my analog stick putting in a simultaneous input on the square button every things working really good now other than some Schizo textures

CPU intel Core i5-7300 @2.5 ghz
ram 8.00gb Storage 1 TB 700 GB avalible 
motherboard dell inspiron 15 7000  
Graphics card Nvidia GTX 1050 TI GPU
OS windows 10
PCSX2 version 1.4

the game im playing is Ratchet and clank: Going Commando 

it's running really smooth but its textures and objects can still come off as blurry i fixed the wrench issue but id like to get it running Optimally i took alot of my settings from this video

in the vid he is using GS 11 which i looked for but i couldnt find the large frame buffer setting is missing from my current GS settings im not sure but that might be whats making the textures all schizo
