really slow running on xenosaga episode one

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Processor: AMD A6-342OM APU with Radeon HD Graphics (4 CPUs), 1.5GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
System Model: HP Pavilion g6 Laptop

I'm running Xenosaga episode one with PCSX2, it plays but it lags and everything is like in slow motion. Even the sound. At some points, (like when I open up a menu) it runs really fast, (speeds up almost) but in normal gameplay (like battles) it slows down and is unplayable.

What is the problem?

it tells you that it isnt good enough... doesnt say that enough/?

your laptop is crap, you cant play ps2 games on it, period.
if there was a fix i'd give it but there isnt.

sorry if i sound like a douche but it is the truth sadly.

Your CPU is pretty slow.

Use the MTVU hack, set resolution to native, and enable 8 bit textures. Xenosaga is a chuggy game, even on my 3Ghz Dual Core E6600.
